OCircuit Media Player Beta

This is a reupload of an unfinished media player from my childhood. 

I don't remember who made it, nor did the organization ever include their name in the project, but i remember it being pre-installed with my xbox 360 and even had a menu of its own on the dashboard. I have no idea what that looked like, 
because extracting this to my pc only gave me the executable and necessary files. It's surprisingly big for something that just plays videos, so if anyone can figure out what the heck is taking up that extra space (or even restore the music player functionality) it would be a huge help.

I used to fall asleep all the time to videos playing through this app, so I figured I should pay it some respects by re-uploading it here.
